Services included in hourly rate - $65* per hour

   - This includes those paying the discounted rate or via support funding -

• Lawn mowing

• Whipper snipping and edging

• Garden tidy and weeding

• Small to Medium Hedge/Tree tidying and trimming

(Height limitation due to safety, insurance and tools)

• Raking or blowing of leaves and small yard debris

• Blowing driveways, footpaths and/or patios

• Pressuring washing

• Green waste removal (as apart of service see below for prices for just waste removal)

• Weed ‘n’ feed/ Fertilising/Weed Spraying - small yard/area

• After storm/wild weather clean-up

Extra Service Fees

Extra charge is total amount not an addition per hour and only  added for the visit requiring extra service(s).

Weed 'n' Feed/Lawn Fertilising and Weed Spraying**

Small Area - Included in hourly rate

Medium Area - $5.00*

Large Area - $10.00*

Waste Removal - Trailer Required (per load fee***)

Green Waste Only - $79.00*

General and Mixed Waste - $86.00*

Approved Recyclables Only - $65.00*

Prices per load and are inclusive for travel and tip fee.

Extra fee may be included for larger appliances, tyres and other items of which Ipswich City Council determine.

Combinations of the above including Green and Recycle waste are charged at General Waste fee by the ruling of Ipswich City Council.

**Area is not determined by measured size but on visual inspection of the area which we can do via photos or during a regular visit. This cost is to cover the product needed for the work as most are used up in one yard.

***This is per load with everything ready to be loaded and taken away. If yard clean up is required to collect the waste in one place to be loaded then the hourly rate is charged instead. Fee includes an hour of time, including travel, and the waste fee imposed by Ipswich City Council.
